Vivek's Pasta


Ingredients 
(Single Serve)

  • Flour (1 cup)
  • Olive Oil
  • Cheese (cheddar or processed cheese)
  • Onion 2-3
  • Potatoes
  • Olives and Jalapeño
  • Oregano
  • Italian Seasoning 
  • Pasta (Spiral / Twisty)  
Preparing White Sauce

  • Take about 4-5 spoons of olive oil in a pan.
  • After the oil gets heated up, add flour and roast the flour in it for about 3 minutes.
  • Add milk depending on what thickness of sauce you want. It is preferred that you keep white sauce as thin as possible for this recipe.
  • Add pepper.
  • Blend it using hand blender until the froth forms and flour gets dissolved.
  • Add Salt to taste.
Making the Ultimate Pasta

  • Take a pan. Add olive oil, about 5-6 spoons.
  • After the oil gets sufficiently heated add onions. Shallow fry them till it becomes golden brown.
  • Now take the white sauce sufficient enough to serve one person, about one cup.
  • Add oregano and Italian Seasoning to spice up the flavours
  • Stir well. Now add Pasta and stir
  • Depending on the consistency  required add meshed potato and grated cheese. 
  • Cheese should be cheddar or any other processed cheese but it is preferred that you add Cheddar.
  • You can make your own variations by adding olives and Jalapeños.
  • Serve hot and garnish using Maska- Chaska biscuits.
