gcetFOSS
gcetFOSS is a Free and Open Source Software Community for students of G H Patel College of Engineering & Technology [wiki]. gcetFOSS is a non-profit organization which is completely organized by students of GCET. Vivek's Sandwich
Mix the Mix
Take about 5-6 spoons of curd. add 4 spoons of butter, one spoon of green chutney
Add 2 spoons of cream,
Add cheese, Oregano, Italian Seasoning & salt to taste.
Add Onions
Grate the potato just like cheese.
Using a fork mix the mixture untill it becomes a fine blend.
Grilled Not Toasted
Take two slices of wheat sandwich bread
apply the mix
grill it in a pre-heated griller
Apply butter on top and serve.

Vivek's Pasta
Ingredients
(Single Serve)
- Flour (1 cup)
- Olive Oil
- Cheese (cheddar or processed cheese)
- Onion 2-3
- Potatoes
- Olives and JalapeƱo
- Oregano
- Italian Seasoning
- Pasta (Spiral / Twisty)
- Take about 4-5 spoons of olive oil in a pan.
- After the oil gets heated up, add flour and roast the flour in it for about 3 minutes.
- Add milk depending on what thickness of sauce you want. It is preferred that you keep white sauce as thin as possible for this recipe.
- Add pepper.
- Blend it using hand blender until the froth forms and flour gets dissolved.
- Add Salt to taste.
- Take a pan. Add olive oil, about 5-6 spoons.
- After the oil gets sufficiently heated add onions. Shallow fry them till it becomes golden brown.
- Now take the white sauce sufficient enough to serve one person, about one cup.
- Add oregano and Italian Seasoning to spice up the flavours
- Stir well. Now add Pasta and stir
- Depending on the consistency required add meshed potato and grated cheese.
- Cheese should be cheddar or any other processed cheese but it is preferred that you add Cheddar.
- You can make your own variations by adding olives and JalapeƱos.
- Serve hot and garnish using Maska- Chaska biscuits.
